New software solution for all plants

Rollax operates numerous locations in Europe, Asia and America. One of the major challenges was therefore to implement the wide range of ISMS requirements in accordance with TISAX® for a wide variety of regions and plants. Before Athereon GRC, an old, confusing software solution was in use here, which had to be replaced quickly and completely. Functions should be improved globally for all users and the implementation of requirements should be optimized. The change should be easy so that working with the new software can be safely used by all parties involved after a short implementation phase.

There was also a need for an expandable solution for various other GRC areas beyond ISM.

All of this had to be considered when implementing the Athereon GRC modules.

Increased efficiency, reduced costs

Athereon GRC enabled the rapid and efficient implementation and documentation of an actively implemented ISMS. Granular TISAX® requirements modeling in Athereon GRC helped to gradually meet, document, and operationalize requirements for global entities.

Another strength of the software solution is the high efficiency and low internal effort associated with implementation through exact mapping of standards, applied to different locations in Athereon GRC. For the customer, this advantage reduced Total Cost of Ownership clearly.

In-scope mapping in Athereon GRC across all locations and standards also achieved a massive reduction in complexity.

With synergies with TISAX®

By implementing Athereon GRC, the TISAX® label was achieved with a compact and efficient core team.

Athereon GRC has created a global, clear control of ISMS tasks. Thanks to the option of expanding the ISMS module with additional Athereon GRC modules to cover QM, BCM and environmental management with a uniform database, synergies and a significant reduction in costs are also noticeable.
