Associate
As an associate on our team, you'll work directly on exciting client projects while simultaneously completing a training program. During this time, you'll learn what's important when working with our clients and what they value most. You'll become a true expert on our software solution. An experienced mentor will support you along the way, providing valuable feedback and assistance whenever you need it.
You can join as an associate just after your studies or training.
Senior
As a senior employee, you will work closely with our customers right from the start. Thanks to your experience, you will have increased responsibility within the team and quickly learn about a wide range of industries and topics. You will be supported by intensive coaching and training, which will enable you to develop your leadership skills step by step and soon manage entire projects independently.
You can join us as a senior if you have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
Manager
As a manager, you lead clients and your team members. You are the primary contact person for our clients or for a specialist department and bear direct responsibility for results. As a leader, you are a role model and have significant impact on the company.
You can become a manager if you are already a very experienced lateral entrant, or if you have worked with us as an associate for at least three years.

1. Your application
Want to join our team? Please send us your application documents, including a cover letter and resume. We're most interested in your experience level regarding the speficied tech stack.
2. Job interview
If your application has sparked our interest, we will invite you to an online interview. This will give you the opportunity to introduce yourself and ask us your questions. In some cases, there may be more than one interview to ensure both sides have enough time to get to know each other.
3. Practical suitability
For some positions, we will ask you to complete a practical test. This will give you a first concrete impression of the actual work. At the same time, we will get to know your work style and skills even better.
4. Decision
If we are intrigued by your work, we will soon make you a concrete job offer. At this point, we will also clarify the necessary formalities and general conditions.
5. Onboarding
During your first few days with our team, an experienced colleague will take you under their wing and show you how things work. Of course, your new teammates will also give you a warm welcome and help you settle in quickly.
