Coordination of individual locations

As a supplier to major automotive manufacturers, Carcoustics has locations all over the world, coordinating the planning and implementation of TISAX® requirements at all locations simultaneously was a major challenge. Given the complexity of the project, the company's documentation for the auditors in particular proved to be extremely demanding.

It is just as important as implementation and documentation that ISMS is also lived out in everyday business life. For this, it was necessary to implement an efficient operationalization of controls and risk management.

This is the only way to ensure that ISMS is implemented and implemented equally at all international and legally separated locations.

Granular TISAX® requirements modeling

With Athereon GRC, the Carcoustics team was able to quickly implement an actively implemented ISMS and document all processes centrally. In particular, the collaboration features of Athereon GRC support the ISMS core team in coordinating TISAX® -relevant tasks across all global locations.

The granular TISAX® requirements modeling helped to gradually meet, document, and operationalize the requirements. Together with Athereon GRC, the Carcoustics team thus managed to efficiently prepare and successfully complete the audit.

High efficiency with little effort

In less than 12 months, Carcoustics' ISMS core team managed to live and regulate ISMS at company level. In particular, the many training courses and extensive support provided by the Athereon GRC team impressed all employees and helped them to meet TISAX® requirements.

Thanks to the certification achieved, nothing stands in the way of further cooperation with international automotive manufacturers.
