As a supplier to major automotive manufacturers, Carcoustics has locations worldwide, coordinating the planning and implementation of TISAX® requirements at all locations simultaneously posed a major challenge. Given the complexity of the project, the company's documentation for auditors proved particularly challenging.

Just as important as implementation and documentation is the practical application of ISMS in everyday company life. This required the efficient operationalization of controls and risk management.
